You can sign into Octane and upload or e-sign your documents at your own pace. It’s secure and paperless so you can be confident that what’s private stays private.
Sit tight as we perform rigorous checks to ensure you’re getting the best loan possible. Throughout the processing phase, you’ll be able to see your loan activity in Octane in real time. We’ll keep you up to date on where your loan is in the process every step of the way.
You’ll see an estimated closing date in Octane so you can prepare accordingly. Octane will also generate your closing documents so you can review them at your convenience. Don’t worry about bringing them to the closing table—your settlement agent will handle that.
